Co-op is fantastic. Grab a couple of friends and play together, it's the best way to make any game fun as hell. Four Swords for the GBA was probably one of the greatest games ever made for that reason--four people with swords and other weird items running around at once smells like awesome.

I easily prefer co-op, I mean if your playing a hack and slash or, just as an example, "The Warriors" you can get your friend and the AI to bash/kill/demolish anything that is there really.

i like playing solo games more so than co-op since most of the time you get ppl on ur team spamming over the pre set radio like CS or tking but other than that co-op is pretty awesome

Well, I prefer Co-Op, but I also like single player, it also depends on what game it is.

I like co-op better, but even more when the developers keep it in mind, and place switches or something like that so you really have to work together, or place more enemies than you could ever beat on your own, so it feels like it's really worth playing together.

co - op anyday it makes it more enjoyable and if you ever get bored it makes it all the more funny to shoot your teammate in the head just as they're about to complete the mission

Co-op, I honestly don't see anyone saying single, mainly because everyone loves playing games with friends, family, etc. No matter who you are, how much you say you LOVE single player games and reject other players, you still love playing co-op. Fact :]

Co-op, especially when I'm playing something like a shooting game. Which is why Left4Dead and the new Medal of Honor have me so excited. >=(

I like to play co-op mode, because you can play the game more easier.

i love playing co-op. I just wish there were rpg's that were tailored for both single player and co-op players.

I enjoy co-op games more because I don't have to put much effort when I play with someone. So do you like playing by yourself or with someone by your side? We'll all find out soon...

Well co-ops in that it's more fun playing side by side finishing the game. But I also like Single so that I can test out my skill and beat the game myself, and that I wouldn't blame other people for killing me or yelling at them that they suck.

I like co-op, in FPS games especially, because it adds a whole new dynamic into the game that simply wasn't there before. Sure, AI team-mates can try to replicate the experience, but being able to bring in a friend is so much better.

It depends...FPS are too dull and stupid on single person... I prefer co-opRPGs and Stealth Games (Metal Gear) are ONLY enjoyable on your own

Gib co-op plox. heh, Nintendo already owns, but it'd be nice if they'd release some co-ops or at least Kirby Super Star on the Virtual Console

It depends on what game it is. Some games are fun on single player, while others require multiplayer just to experience "fun".
