First was Wii Play, but I'm not counting that, so I will say Super Paper Mario. It is an awesome game.

i bought the Wii last week because my cousin preordered me a copy of SSBB for my birthday, so its pretty awesome, except he got it a few months early so he can play it too, hahah

My first Wii game was Rayman: Raving Rabbids. I liked it because it had crazy rabbits, but the ideal game to get now would obviously be Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
