I got it for my birthday, so my first ones were Twilight Princess, Elebits, Red Steel, and of course Wii Play

My first was Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (loooong title). The next day I got Excite Truck. My first game would have been LoZ:TP, but I already had it for the Cube.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl, it was the reason I bought my Wii. I so wanted to play as Snake, turns out he wasn't as good as I had anticipated, but it is still an awesome game.

Mine was TP, and it was a great way to start off my Wii experience. It took me a month to finish that game 100%.
