Its both. A good game must have good graphics and good gameplay. Only if the dshad more graphics it would kill the xbox

Gameplay obviously. That's what makes a game, thus it's called video games for a reason and not video graphics.

Gameplay is the most important in a game. Graphics only matter when watching a cut scene, FMV etc....

Im pro gameplay, and heres why. If the new Tazmanian Devil game (worst games ever) came out, and had the best graphics IN THE WORLD, would you buy it? I wouldnt, I would rather the original tetris, becuase its fun to play. When a gem has great gameplay and graphics, well thats just awesome.

it's a tough choice really, if the graphics are horrible you couldn't see for ******. But also gamplay makes the game useally it really is a hard choice.

Gameplay over graphics definitely. No sense in having a finely-polished game if it doesn't play very well.

gameplay because i don't care how pretty the game is if it doesn't play well then it sucks by default. That's why all these ps3 games suck in every way possible but people still play chrono trigger or FF VII on a daily basis.

i rely on both but i like to have a high graphicated game, it somehow makes them more appealing and makes me want to play them.

Gameplay is more important, as an example the PSP has much better graphics than the DS but the psp has no good games (in my opinion) but the ds has loads of immense games like mario kart ds, animal crossing, final fantasy 3 and new super mario bros. and thats just a few of them

gameplay will always be number one.. but being able to recognise what exactly is going on is necessary in the graphics department.. e.g. you could be playing the best game in the world but you dont even know what that blob in the corner of the screen was and why you died

I say gameplay is a much more important factor when I am buying a game than graphics are. However, I don't want to play something that will make my eyes bleed.

For me gameplay is more important. If the game doesnīt have a good gameplay, you obviously donīt play it, although it has very good graphics

gameplay first, take a look at worms armageddon id say that game is better than worms 3d because it didnt focus on flashy graphics and it got the gameplay perfect

Well, have a look at that internet game called runescape, it has really bad graphics, but thanks to memberships on there, the designers are making $5,000,000 a month around.
