It depends, like in the GBA pokemon games, it can sometimes really glitch it up, like leveling up your pokemon so high they don't obey you or using a walk through walls glitch then letting it fail on youand also, catching someones pokemon, it fails, the pokemon of the opponet you catch appears over and over again, it's even worse in the old pokemon games.

In one word cheating is "NULL". Cheating mostly helps the user to achieve what ever he wants to achieve, but it also takes away the pleasure of achieving the seemingly impossible, that would make you revert to cheating.DON'T CHEAT, it's bad for your karma =)

I like to beat a game once. Then play it again, with cheatsto see all the cool stuff in the game or just to play around with itI also use "money cheats" in most games.When I first started playing Visual boy, I didn't cheat. Then I found cheats and I can't stop using them /:

I always beat the game without cheating about two or three times before I start cheating. In Fire Emblem when I cheat a lot, I always make my enemies stronger to make gameplay more interesting like giving them max stats and S rank weapons. For other games, I only cheat to get items that are regularly impossible to get in the game like the Gosphel chip in MMBN2.

i dont like cheating that much but i only use cheat when i can't past a lvl are when i beat the game

I used to cheat all the time, but because the cheats made the games too easy. It got boring quickly, the challenge was gone. Now I only cheat on my second time through the game.

My very good, wise and noble teacher always told me never to cheat and that cheating is bad. :laugh:So no, I've never cheated and I never do cheat in a game. Unless... well... it is a game I'm not really bothered playing in the first place, then I may put in some cheats just in order to fast track through the game.But any game I am serious about, uh uh uh NO CHEATS!

Sometimes cheats unlock some of the fun, right? I always complete a game 100% (or near) before i play with cheats or whatever. Games like GTA get even greater when a cheat is used, more rampage!My very good, wise and noble teacher always told me never to cheat and that cheating is bad. I Feel that cheating is bad because it takes all of the fun out of the game and ruins the whole concept

Cheating can be fun if you want to mess around, but I never use it in mt first playthrough of a game.
