its lame, they develop a new psp and its crap? lol atleast nintendo does their new hand held releases right! shoulda released a 2nd analog on this one or interactive screen would be cool

I love the psp slim. I've seen the original ones and alot of my friends rather have the slim than the original psp. The original psp shot the games out instead of the thing they have in the slim. The slim isn't as bulky as the first one ethier. For me the slim is the best.

Now that my older PSP is gone I really want to buy one of these...too bad they don't have other colors. I wouldn't mind the Star Wars white one though.

I dont like the new slim and lite psp's. i really prefer and recommend the older version. sure the new one is lighter and slimmer (hence the name) but it dusnt hav the infra red thingy. so u cant send stuff to other psp's.

I know that. It's like a PSP but smaller than the original. It's just like the regular PSP, though. I think it comes in different colors.

I;ve had the new psp for a bout a half a year nowit isnt too badthe earphone jack doesnt match with the old psp so the remote is useless, though sony's planning for a replacementthe Tv output is great, i can just play movies and games on my big tvas for it being more fasteri dont see much of a differenceit is definately lighter and slimmerhence the name

There is also the slot where u put in ur discs are a bit wider so that u can bring it down so that it is simplier to place it in. It is a lot lighter than the original that's a for sure. The system of loading games is also faster than the older one!

Search a little bit before poting, ok? it can be downgraded normally.rumors are over. the slim is out and it cant be downgraded.
The system loads faster because if i'm not wrong it has 64mb of ram and the phat has 32mb of ram.the psp slim is no different than the oringinal other than it being lighter and the fuction to play on ur television. the only difference between the slima and the original is that it is more flat like a razor cell phone and has a battery that cannot be changed so you have to use an original battery to downgrade it

i traded my fat psp for a slim a while ago..the new one is much lighter and better then oldchanging software has not been a problem for me since the shop did it for me
