Problem with the DS is the quality of games coming out right now. Is the PSP doing any better?

For gaming I'd rather have a DS, but over all I'd rather have a PsPYou can hack them 100 different ways and play roms on them XD

Personally, I would like both - but DS a little bit more. While PSP (classic Sony) has better graphics in most instances, and all similar characteristics to PlayStation, or more accurately PlayStation 2; I think it lacks gameplay, and interaction capabilities.DS on the other hand, while not going mental on the graphics (but they are still pretty good), has that fantastic Dual Screen, making it one of the few UNIQUE handhelds, or console. It also has fantastic gameplay, and is at least 50% full-interaction, overall. Also, side-mention, all the games I like have come out on DS. (Except Fire Emblem... Someday, someday...)P.S; No, the PSP games are pretty low-quality lately too...

I already have a DS, but I would also buy a PSP. Sony has better games, but I grew up with Nintendo.

PSP is best, i do think the DS is innovative but its hardware specs are way too bad. And i like emulators cause i am old and rather play the old games i played when i was a kid :PSo PSP anyday for me.

Well PSP has better graphics and has more actions than DS, but the DS has more fun games to enjoy. So I for DS.

i prefer psp only coz i have a ds and so far don't see it going to much further... except for the kingdom hearts on ds i see no reason to keep going, but the psp has crisis core:ff7 and it's own KH as well as medievil, tombraider and god of war... now if we could only get a soulreaver in there i'd be HAPPY AS CAN BE!

Personally, I have both. I prefer my PSP though, just because it is more than just a gaming device. Unlike my PSP, the DS can't run an Internet browser or play music without having to buy extra things for it.

I say DS because of the touch screen. It opens up so many more possibilities for future consoles and handhelds.

Well, I have a NDS. For a long time it had the cooler games. The PSP is starting to pick up momentum though. I guess it would depend on what types of games you like. The NDS has an advantage, though, being cheaper.

I really am surpise but I have to say that the Nintendo DS is a lot better than the PSP. Even though the graphics on the PSP is good there aren't as many hit titles as the DS have.

PSP all the way.The ds has two screens, big whoop. But the PSP is pretty much the continuations of all the games you all love and adore from the PS titles.Tekken, Final Fantasy (of all types) and a few old TV programs as well.

Why not both? They are both different things.I like my DS because of the games. I like my PSP because of the multimedia and the homebrews.Although, I would like to try some homebrews for the DS since they have R4.

I'd say both are pretty amazing... They don't cater to the same kind of player I'd say, and both give a different gaming experience. A year ago I would have said the psp wasn't as interesting as the DS, but now I think both are on par.Couldn't pick one.
