I bought the PSP when it was released and I completely regret it. Most people, myself included, expected the PSP to do better than the DS since its hardware is much better than the DS. That may be true but the games for the PSP are just terrible and the games are not going to get much better since piracy with the PSP is much more popular. I bought a DS recently and I regret wasting hundreds of dollars on the PSP and its mediocre games.

both are gd...psp with gd graphics and stuffsnds got a touch screen! and some nice gamesBUT i will NEVER recommend selling away DSBuy PSP if you have the money.

I'm a bit of a Nintendo Fan, but, trying to be as unbiased as I can, don't sell your DS. Games? Certainly. Actual DS? No. Why? Because the DS isn't worth enough money, and deals that involve DSes aren't good. Besides, IMO, the PSP doesn't have enough good games yet (I'm an RPG Fan... So Sue me {not an invitation}), nor is it's price low enough (here, it's still $300 dollars). Of course the other point is people haven't really gotten around to properly emulating the PSP (of course, DS emulators aren't very good either).

I haven't played much of my friends PSP but his racing game is fun.In my opinion keep your DS and get enough money for a PSP. Especially if your a fan of Kingdom Hearts since they're are 2 games (this was announced and real) coming out for the DS and PSP.

PSP and DS are two completely different platforms. If you want to go for simpler, more enjoyable games keep your DS. If, on the other hand, you'd like to have a handheld console that does multimedia, internet and games (including homebrew) then get a PSP. Just keep in mind that the number of great games for PSP is relatively limited. I'd advise you to hold on to your DS and buy a PSP to go along with it.
