No limit, any hero from any universe? Then I would want Dr. Strange's powers. He's a living plot device/most powerful magician ever, I can come up with any ability that strikes my fancy.

I would get the powers from FMA. Ed's quick transmutations are just too much fun. I mean think of the applications!! I would so get a lump of coal and raise its density until I get a diamond. I could buy a plot of land and raise a house from a bunch of raw materials..YEAH!
