Arbiter is my favorite because I love using energy swords, and he can go invisible. He's basically an alien ninja.

really the Arbiter because he has a cloak so that's like stealth killer and he has the power of double energy swords so he like DIE DIE DIE!!!!!!!!!! plus the armour is better than some green metal he's like half armour half flesh so he has no fear!

Master chief is the protagonist of the game he does insane impossible things all the time of course he will be thought cooler by most.

the arbiter is of a way more interesting character than the low-ranked soldier and camouflage is way more useful than a flashlight.

It would be cool to turn invisible. But Master Chief is just the man he blows up everything and just kind of walks around (no run button at least in the originals).
