(hard)What is the reasoning behind the original design of Mario? - worth 150

Mario's original design was a result of the limitations of game graphics at the time. There were limited colors and pixels, so the designers had to compensate for this by removing the more complicated features of a person. For example, they gave him a mustache and sideburns because a mouth and ears couldn't be properly represented with so few pixels. I think it was said before, but they had trouble animating hair, so they just drew a cap on him.Actually animating Mario at the time was difficult, too, and the designers could not make Mario move without losing important moving features like, say, his arms. So they decided not to make his arms a different color and instead made everything that overlapped with his body and moved separately from it the same color.

Well lately i've just seen Shai posting alot of topics. Anyone going to warn him or is that ok? Topic spamming with just a few titles is really lame. I mean why would you do that? Just for some ROMS? Or just for some cool stuff in the gp store?

Let's see, the coolest part of the flame will be red, turning to orange when hotter, then yellow, then white. Blue flames only happen when the amount of soot decreases and the blue emissions from excited molecular radicals become dominant, though the blue can often be seen near the base of candles where airborne soot is less concentrated.

Well, almost right, there's actually two distinct shades of red it can turn before orange, but you knew about the blue flame so that's coo'.+50GP, yay you. :gs:For 100GP, what element is used to create specialty steel alloys, is used to make high speed power tools and is commonly used in forging modern-day swords? - Hint: was first extracted from "brown lead"Another 50 if you can tell me who discovered it and when.

On early sketches of Homer Simpson, his hair would look like and "M", and his ear a "G". Those being his initials.

Okay, I know what you mean, but Liz Georges did do the first voice. The first ever Simpsons appearance was on the Tracey Ullman show; in which Maggie was voiced by Liz Georges. But yeah, you're probably thing of Elizabeth Taylor.

[Easy] - Towelie first appeared the South Park Episode "Towelie." In this episode, Stan's mom buys the kids a Okama Gamesphere. The kids intend to playfor the entire weekend. Towelie appears whenever a subject involving water comes up. The episode soon begins involving aliens trying to take over Earth using genetically modified Towelies. However, the boys are not disturbed by this they just want their Okama Gamesphere. Towelie reamins "high" throughout the episode.[Medium] - The Columbine kids played the popular game "Doom." One of the boys, Harris created his own custom made maps that resembled the layout of Columbine High School.[Hard] - 1.) "Chanting Mountains"2.) "Lost Village"3.) -Still not sure...
