In that case it's Mickey Mantle in 1956andA batter who (at season's end) leads the league in three major categories -- home runs, runs batted in, and batting average.Ok guys, sorry for being unclear, but I meant the BATTING triple crown, not the pitching triple crown. Hence the last part of the question. =\

+50Dang, finally someone answered it completely. In the Famicom Disk System game titled Super Mario Bros. 2, how do you access world 9?Carl Yastrzemski - 1967 (AL) (.326 BA, 44 HR, 121 RBI)Baseball's Triple Crown, which requires a player to lead his league in all three of the below categories in one season:batting champions, home run kings and RBI winners.

+50I would have just accepted "beat all the levels from 1-1 through 8-4 without warping", but the first person's reply about going to the title screen was completely inaccurate, so I couldn't give the points. You go straight to the world 9 load screen after the ending sequence from 8-4 if you beat the game without warping.Which three races make up the Triple Crown of American horse racing?I believe it's beat the game without warping and then after it saves and you get the saved game confirmation, hit B at this screen. You don't get the title screen unless you did warp.
