RA2 is great. Generals .. Kinda bored me to say the least. And Zero Hour. Eh, not even worth the 10 bucks in the bargain binat EB games. :lJust doesn't feel.. C&C like to me.. You know?Just EA ruining another game. Cause C&C3 wasa disapointment as well. Thats just my opinion though.

well generals is by far a newer game, so of course it has better graphics, didn't like RA1 much, didn't ever get into generals much, partly cos my pc is too crap to play it, but RA2 has to be one of my favourite games of all time :D :D

i'd have to say generals. i love the GLA, they are sooo funny (esp. the voices, soooo stereotypical!) Generals > Red Alert

I think Red Alert 2 is good but better with the expansion pack, Yuri's Revenge. RA 2 is easier than Generals, thats why I like Generals better. Personally I like Generals Zero:Hour. But I love both of them, just G Z:H a little better.

I played the Red Alert series from the very first game, and always thought the gameplay was significantly more rounded than in Generals, though I never played the original.

I agree that Yuri's revenge is the best. But the original red alert 2 was nothing compared to generals.

If i compare both games Generals would be way better because of both graphics and missions...

I've played just about all the C&C games out there, and RA definitely tops Generals IMO. Sure, people may argue about graphics, and all, but AFAIC, they're way too different. RA is based in the future, while Generals was based pretty much around the current time. I like the better looking GFX, and the cutscenes of Generals, but I like the units from RA more, and thus find it more fun.

Red alert is a fast-paced rts and is better than the sluggish gameplay of generals
