The game is Street Fighter: Third Strike. The computer's reaction time is obscene. Combine perfect reaction time with an extremely broken boss character and you get Gill, the most annoying boss in existance. He's so annoying, in fact, if I'm playing arcade, I just turn off the game when I get to him.

Well, honestly, there hasn't been a boss that's been difficult to beat. That goes for all genres. Shooting games are just way too easy now days. Fighting games, are just the same. Even RPGs, but probably because you can always prepare beforehand.So the answer would be that no real boss has ever given me trouble. Seymour was hard for some people that I know, but like I said, in almost any RPG game, you can always be overly prepared and make all other things less hard. As for Gill, if I remember correctly, if Gill had three full bars, isn't he able to fully come back to life after you beat him? It's been too long ago that I'm not sure of it really, but I remember something like that in 3rd Strike.

two minibosses that are hell are the last two espers you can get in ff12. The dark one is especially annoying. His dark attack usually results in death for your characters.

For me, it was the final boss from Onimusha 2. (The golden Nobunaga thing...) I usually have no trouble with final bosses, but this was insane...He had absolutely no pattern whatsoever (Or it was just too long to actually record to mind.) and the speed of his attacks and movements seemed to fluctuate every minute. I nearly broke my analog stick because I was pushing down on it so hard.

For PS2, probably Vergil in DMC3: Special Edition, but from any game, Doku from Ninja Gaiden Black.

How? In FF7, EVERY boss is SIMPLE because you can just grind/quest until you're high level or have knights of the round, which dominates EVERYTHING.gonna go with sephiroth FFVII, or boss from tactics...

Whew thats a good Question.. 
I would have to say the most difficult boss i ever encounter would have to be RUBY weapon from Final Fantasy 7. That beast just will not die. Every time i came across him he would kick one of my strongest fighters out then when i hit em its like he gets aggitatted and beat me to a pulp. And i am on LV.93. Thats the bugging part. When i use my phoenix summon it would bring everyone to life and in one foul swoop BAM!!!!! everyone dead

His name is Xemnas. I thoght he was easy.My hardest boss has to be a tie between Sephoroth in Kingdom Hearts 2, and Bong Bongo in Ocarina of Time. It took me two weeks to beat him.My hardedest boos is the last boss on kingdom hearts 2 I forgot the name.

wow if you had problems with sephiroth then you suck at rpgsdefinatly ffx had a challenge and thats why it was my favorite final fantasy of all time, and the sad story line =(seymore was toughand jecht the final boss was tough.but i restarded and found out the secret to winning rpgs.very simple. never run from a battle while running to your next task and train alot.durrrr- how stupid we all can begonna go with sephiroth FFVII, or boss from tactics...

I was never really challenged by any bosses. But if I had to pick, I guess I would have to pick something from Devil May Cry 3. Or Ozma from FFIX

For me..."Mysterious Man" from Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. Oh my flipplin' god...That shield, the sabers, his speed...Donald and Goofy are literally NO help. They just die too much -_- and Sora...well he's just...Sora. Yes I know its Xemnas, and he's much easier in the second game. Oh...and then there was Kurt Kiza...Ugh I hate them both *swings Armads at both of them*

at the end of MGS3 where you have to fight The Boss. i could never beat her in cqc and get the special camo. i could only do the lethal killing to finish the game. she's so damn hard! oh and that seymour flux in FFX. instant zombie? come on?! that took forever....
