Some FFX and FFXII bosses are just plain annoying. I hate them! Especially Jecht's Final Aeon from FFX.

i thought xemnas was really easy too, i had a lot of trouble with ehh, the guy with the guitar the second time you fight him i think, when he uses the water fountains and stuff, then i had a lot of trouble with the guy who shot needles and stuff at you, and sephoroth was pretty tough too but he was a lot of fun once you got the hang of fighting him

(Mass produced) Metal Gear RAYs in MGS2 on hard. Those damn tracking missiles don't give me enough time to blast any of those things. And if I get hit. 
Thank god I called Otacon via codec and find out that Chaff disables them quite well

salazar was a breeze to beat once you know how its so easyid have to say the hardest boss ever for me was the 2 big bosses in doom 3 those things were insaneSalazar guy from RE4... it's hard to beat and disgusting...

deus was really a pain in the ass well atleast i could beat him with tidus but i had to be lucky that he didnt crush him ( didnt train wakka or rikku -.-)

OZMA FROM FFIX!!!it took me hours to kill himhe can change element from light to dark and has a life range of..ic ant remember..but its really alotseems infinite to me lol

Cherubim from Shadow Hearts for the PS2. Optional boss, but man is that Quadruple-headed Pope annoying.

Freya/Lenneth in the hardest difficulty, or in any difficulty for that matter, in Star Ocean 3, because they pretty much spam Ether Strike/Nibelung Valesti the whole battle.

Seymour Flux because you knock him down to low health, then he somehow kills you with that annoying multihit combo, Yunalesca because of that Mega Death spell somehow getting you at the most precarious of moments, and... Yiazmat, 50mil hp is a pain to sit through...

I gotta say either ruby or emerald weopan.....kinda leanin more toward rubyProbly super hard cause its only available in the american version....luky peeps who dont have the american version

for me some of the hardest bosses i've faced were:Ozma from FFIX, it took so looooong for me to beat him, it literally took me hours. that battle was partially about luck, because if he casted Meteor you're pretty much screwedElder Wyrm from FFXII - that thing was so friggin' annoying. i spent half the time healing from the status ailments he caused and he would just use Sporefall and it would start all over again. I was so relieved when he actually died.Xaldin from Kingdom Hearts 2 - the beginning was ok, yeah he hits hard but you were able to manage. but when he gets low on health, it's darn near impossible to get any kind of hit on him. I went around and did every other world i could before i came back to him and beat him. It was funny though, every time i had King Mickey help, i still ended up losing, but the one time i actually beat him, i didn't need mickey at all.Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 - I say sephiroth was harder in KH1 because you didn't have the same kind of abilities and limits like in KH2, but it still took forever to get his health down, and he would just keep coming with new moves and throwing me off. Luckily every boss can be defeated with enough practice B)
