It is difficult to choose since it is hard to make a female character stand out more than other male characters.In any situation I think Quistis from FFVIII was my favorite female character (Chrono Trigger female characters never stand out that much). Quistis was not even better in battle or anything, neither too much attractive. She was just a different female I have seen, not at all stereotypical. Quistis just made me feel sympathy for her because of the crush she had on Squall and the ways she made decisions. I guess Terra was not common at all but I never liked her at all.

As far as how much you can actually think a bunch of pixels are "hot"... I'd have to say Ashley from Mass Effect is my favorite female video game character.Another one is Faith from Mirror's Edge. She has the moves.

I have a dangerous obsession with women that can kill me in a heartbeat. So my favorites (it's too hard for me to narrow it down) are dames like Cammy, Morrigan Lefay, and Sheeva (Mortal Kombat). That's just off the top of my head.

Uhm... hard to chosse but I'd probably choose Sami from Advance wars.Though Lyn from Fire emblem isn't a bad choice either. Or any cute Fire emblem girl...

My favourite female character from an RPG is Rikku from Final Fantasy X. I know most people find her annoying, but she's pretty funny in the cute kind of way. Too bad she decided to dress like... well... like she's not dressed at all in X-2.And the all time classic I identify with is Chun-Li from the Street Fighter series. My friends are getting pretty sick of me using her all the time though.

I'm going to go with Celes from FF3. I had never seen a video game suicide attempt until this character, and it always made her feel very real to me.

My Favourite Female Character in the gaming world happens to be 2, I couldn't decide between the two. The first one being Nintendo's Famous Woman, Samus Aran, She's a bounty hunter for Pete's Sakes....She runs around using a canon for a hand and when she gets into her Zero Suit, She can move in so many ways its kind of scary....The second one is Racoon City's very own Jill Valentine, She is crazy...she fought Nemesis and friggin shoots Zombies for a living all while wearing a mini skirt

I like Jade from Beyond Good and Evil the best.She's a lean, mean, photographing machine....I just described a camera. But that's what I like in my women. Carl zeiss optics and high shutter speed. Awugah.

Final Fantasy X-2 Yuna is really hot, and Lulu from the first one. I also have always liked Roll.I figured out someone I liked more. The females from Phantasy Star are very strong and Quite Attractive, so Karen Erra from PS Universe, and Rika from PS4 are my favorites of all time.
