My favorite female character would have to definitely be Alyx from Half Life 2. She's very likable. This may sound weird but I've grown attached to her.

While all the characters already mentioned are hot, being in the Army, my favorite two HAVE to be Eri Kasamoto and Fio Germi from Metal Slug. Very innocent, tough when they have to be, and they remain emotionally and mentally unaffected by all the war and violence that constantly surrounds them. They are perfect in my eyes and the way every woman should be!Personally my favorite characters would have to be Samus from Metroid and Lara from Tomb Raider.
