lol all of you who voted yes or heck yes are such liars! When ae you going to need it for games like Brawl or Zelda(aside from bow(which is pretty basic to do,no throwing involved)or sword(just a slight twist!)) You have problems if you slam it into a wall by letting go!Geez dont get THAT into it!

For certain games like Wii Sports I would use the wrist strap, but not games like Zelda or SSBB. My sister on the other hand doesn't wear it at all or if she does she puts it on wrong -.-

If I didn't wear my wrist strap, I would probably gave a concussion to my dog. D:I was playing Wii Baseball with a friend when I first got it, and I lazily threw a pitch, and let go of the Wii Remote. It flew out of my hands and barely knocked my Pomchi's (Pomerianian and Chihuahua) head. If I wasn't wearing it, it would probably knocked that teacup rat out. :3 She is fine today, thanks to the wrist strap.

I always use it. I am kind of an aggressive player with my Wii so I don't want to accidentally throw the remote.

Never, I took it off, and anyone who needs it must have arthritis, be abnormally sweaty, or just be incredibly stupid/discoordinated. 6 year olds and younger are excused.

lol like most folk, i'd only use it when doing something swingy like the sports or Olympics. And that rubber cover can get lost, it gets all sticky and ewww and my hands are small enough to get a good grip on just the wiimote.

If you chose "Never, it's stupid" then you broke every rule of the Wii.

i actually dont use the wrist straps becuase it gets really annoyin and clings onto my wrist and that just gets in the way and distracts you, i just take off the strap when i play but then again i also dont swing the remote that much, im more used to playing video games while lazing around on the sofa lol i cant help it i prefer it that way, wow i have really rambled on

I would wear it only if I am using the remote or Nunchuck. If it is classic controller or gamecube controller, then I wouldn't bother.

I use the strap because I have been known to drop the controller. If I hadn't had the strap on, I probably would've lost my TV.

I stopped wearing the strap when I realized the only reason the controller kept slipping out of my hand was because of the stupid silicone jacket. Took them both off, never happier!

Better wear it. Things happen when you don't wear it. Terrible things... that...will...cost you...*dramatic music* :P
