I wear my wrist strap when I'm in the mood to put it on. I don't understand how some people end up throwing it at the tv or such. That just proves you have no control over what your doing to start with and probably should not be playing the Wii.

I can handle the wiimote without throwing it with the strap off. But i usually put it on to keep it from flying around while I play

ofcourse I do.it's like not putting your safety belt while driving, LOL.but I really do. I even encourage or scold my niece when she doesn't put it.You must always have to have ceirtan level of warning on all those things. You never know when you will thank by putting it on.with more reason if I was the one to pay it.My car and My wii.nothing comes free. I need to take care of anything I buy

Seriously, why wouldn't you wear it? It's no hassle and makes playing alot more secure. Not using it is like asking for a broken TV ...

I always use it for the more, er, violent games like Wii Sports and other Wiimote flinging action games, but I think it's ridiculous and uncomfortable to use it during games like Fire Emblem or Mario Kart (with steering wheel). However, if I know I am going to get frustrated easily, like in Fire Emblem sometimes (I always aim to play without losing a single character) I'll attach it so I can have an outlet for my anger. That is, whipping it at a wall as hard as I can, only to have it harmlessly travel a foot, then fall limp at my side. Hmm, I think I may have broken a strap doing that, though....

It depends actually. If the game requires a lot of movement like WarioWare, then of course I wear the strap. But if it's a game where you don't have a lot of movement, then I don't wear the strap. And if it's in the middle, I guess... it depends on my mood XD
