Depends on which game. If I'm playing a game that doesn't need me to move around so much, I wouldn't bother. But if it's anything like Tennis, then I have to. :awesome:

I always wear the strap for a couple of reasons. First of all, I don't actually own a Wii. I usually play at one of my friend's house. Therefore, I want to be courteous and respectful of their property and ensure that their remote/TV/whatever doesn't get damaged or broken. Secondly, I like to wear the strap simply so that I don't lose the remote. (I'm notorious for losing everything.) If I get up to go get a drink of water in between Brawl rounds or something, I can just drop the remote and it'll still be around my wrist when I get back.

I never do lol. I normally play only for like 30 mins before I stop playing and I find it really pointless to wear it -.-. I'm coordinated enough to keep a controller in my hand for 30 mins -.-

No I don't, I'm not stupid enough to throw the remote at the TV. That and I find it inconvenient.

I wear it sometimes, it pretty much depends on what game I'm play.Like if I'm play Harvest Moon then I won't wear it, but if I'm playing like Tennis or Mario Party then I will.Of course, if my mother sees me not wearing it while I'm playing any game she'll force me to wear it or turn off the Wii.

I wear it occasionally. Don't want it flying at the 52 inch tv by accident. (I'd be beyond dead by that point.) With the more relaxed games I don't wear it, though with the more energetic games then I wear it.

I always have the wrist strap on, I heard that a lot of ppl broke their TVs from not having the wrist strap on and swinging the WiiRemote into the TV.

I haven't worn it in like a year........>.> I do when an accident might happen, if your just pointing it, it shouldn't fly into something.

I don't wear it because I play games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which does not require waving around the wii-mote.

I don't usually wear one, I'm not clumsy enough to chuck the wiimote anywhere while I play.

I rarely use it now, since it's too time consuming, I just play my games.

Most of the games I play don't need lots of swinging and moving around, so that's a no. =D

I always wear mine. Just to follow Nintendo's guidelines and to be careful. I don't want my wiimote going into my tv or any of that.

You may have seen this around the Internet or on TV, but apparently we have reached a whole new level. I'm not sure what is more crazy, someone killing their dog while playing Wii Bowling, or that the neighbor came over and gave the dog mouth to mouth to save it. Looks like the dog will survive but still has some brain swelling that may be permanent. Well, at least her wrist strap didn't break.

Amazing... I do wear mine, but it get's irritating at times. The newer Wii remotes tend to come with better "locks" for the straps, which if I had I'd probably use. Mind you, they get in the way (even when worn) while playing some games though I feel.
