Depends on the game. If there's very little to no motion controls I don't feel a need for it. If it's a game like LoZ:TP and there's alot of shaking of the Wii-mote then I'll wear it.

Most of the time a wear the wrist strap, but only games that involve swinging and flinging, games like SSBB and Mario Kart there's no real need to, but i do anyway cause i feel more comfortable with it.

Depends on the game I'm playing; if the game has some controls that require motion like in Wii Sports or Rayman Raving Rabbits compared to games like SSBB or Mario games.

i rarely use it myself. if i have friends over i make them use it. in those situations i'll use it so it doesn't look like i don't trust them, which i don't.

When I play games that require me to move the controller I put the strap on but if not I don't bother.

Games that require no intense movement i wouldn't wear it. Even for some games, minimum movement is enough for the game to register.I find myself wearing it for BoomBlox because when throwing the ball or bombs or whatever, the strap flies up and hits my hand or the wii remote and thats just annoying. I also find myself wearing the strap on games that are really frustrating when the game doesn't register it.To be honest this rule isn't that helpful, If you ever played Warioware, multiplayer, those 3 seconds where you need to pass the Wii remote to the next player is just not enough time for one person to take it off and strap it back on. Just tedious.

Kinda used to it. I wouldn't want to bowl my wiimote into my TV screen, right?

Hahah I actually don't wear it. I'm not that intense when I play, so I never have a fear of my wiimote flying across the room.

i forgot where i put mine :) once i beat twilight princess i took it off, since all my games dont require swinging (cept wii sports, but all i do there is bowl, and i've mastered a wrist twitch technique that requires no actual swinging. i require my sister to wear hers though, as she swings hard. i took mine off cuz the wii-wheel doesnt fit right with it on and i like to play mariokart XD)

No... I don't play any games that require any intense movement. Even if I did I would make sure to hold onto the thing.

I only put the strap on when I feel like I'm gonna put a lot of excessive movement into the game I play. For the most part thought it stays off cause I'm a lazy gamer =P

Yes, I wear it. I have ever since I saw the video of a guy destroying his huge plasma screen TV by accidentally throwing his Wiimote into it.

sometimes i wear it. we have the rubber protectors on and don't play until our hands are sweaty doom. we also know you don't have to put that much effort into moving the wiimote that you throw the thing. i don't think it's that hard of a thing to do: play a game while holding the controller.

I can't tell you how many times I would have hurt someone, myself, or my belongings if I didn't have that strap on my wrist. But when I'm feeling lazy i won't wear it. It really depends on how much movement the games gonna make me do. Wii Sprts...always, Zelda...not so much.

If I'm playing something like Wii Sports, then yeah, wrist strap all the way. Playing NSMBW and holding the wiimote sideways.. not really much of a need. Sometimes I put it on anyway though. It feels kind of comfy and makes me feel special.

My wrist feels naked if i play Wii without the strap, since my dad through the wiimote at the wall while playing Pokemon( which requires little motion) i always strap in.

Glad im not the only one to say im proud about using it! :sI always wear it because i enjoy life to much for my dad to kill me over breaking his TV. I dont really play games on the Wii, any games i do dont have much chance of me lobbing the remote. Other then golf on Wii fit+
