Perfect Dark, Super Mario 64, LOZ:OoT and LOZ:MM are memorable for teh best reasons...a ll Nintendo 64...Ghostbusters (NES), Die Hard (NES), Bart Vs The Space Mutants (NES), Bart Vs The World (NES), Bible Adventures (NES), Castlevania 2 (NES), and about a million other NES games are memorable for the wrong reasons... control flaws, lame gameplay etc etc.Although there are NES games like Zelda and Zelda 2, and the Mario Series, that were memorable for the right reasons too.

Crash Bandicoot: WARPED! My dad and myself spent hours playing through it together. I was young, so he had to help me with the bosses and stuff. God that was a sweet month.

final fantasy 3 for sure. That game was so epic, and right in every way. I wish they made games like that still.
