Deus Ex, by far.Not only it's a terrific game. It's playability is amazing and diverse, the RPG factor in a FPS is greatly introduced, and THE STORY. It's just a magnificient game.

Chrono Trigger, i will never forget when you fight Magus for the first time and the Epic battle them begins playing, it just fits perfectly with the moment.

Either Super Mario Bros 3 or Mega Man 3 (just ironic that they're both the third in their respective series!). I have fond memories not only of playing, but of watching my dad play for hours on end while I snuggled up next to him as a toddler, lamented when he'd lose, share in his triumphs, and it just generally left really fond memories for me
Sounds silly, I know, but it left a very profound impact on me.

Any game I like. Because if you like it you'll remember how much fun you had playing it. But also the games I didn't like because you'll remember how much it sucked to play. So then my most memorable one would be... probably Zelda Majora's Mask because it was one of the first games I actually got really hyped for when I was a kid. I reserved it and woke up really early to pick it up and I played it all the time.

'How to be a Complete Bastard' was the most memorable game for me. Quite apart from the title of the game, it had you crashing a house party and trying to cause as much havoc as possible. It was kinda ahead of its time, with changeable perspective and a huge number of interactable items.

Crono Trigger. That game was awsome the RPG aspect was simply amazing and the way you can combine abilities was so cool. There were multiple endings and when you thought you actually beat the game you realize your half way through.
