Yes, and it was a great decision to, now I have over 30 games, and they cost of all of them would probaly be the same as me buying about 1 and a half normal PS2 games

nope i didnt bother putting a chip in it. i installed a better harddrive instead and download games into my ps2

We had our PS1 chipped but not the PS2 I don't know why we just never seemed to have got aroud it to and it seems a bit poitnless now

Had a chipped one but it crapped out eventually, still though it lasted about 5 years and i got tons of play out of it.
