I would have to say Eddie Izzard. He's hilarious and I adore that British accent of his. (And him dressing in make-up and high heels is very unique for a performer in that genre!)And John Pinette is funny too! I saw him perform live in Laughlin, NV a few years back. He was fantastic!

I'd say Pablo Francisco or Frank Caliendo. Why? Pablo is a hilarious comedian, and Caliendo is one of the best imitators I've seen. Ever.
