We had two rabbits when I was a kid, but they were outside rabbits and definitely jerks. More recently had an awesome Cavalier King Charles spaniel who was adorably dumb and an awesome dog. Dogs are by far the best animals for being pets rock on dog lovers!

my first pet was a goldfish named botchi. i first put it in a pail because i have no idea of where to put him.then i put him in a fishbowl, then died after a year.

Mine was a rabbit. Though he died in 9 years, which is apparently a rather average lifespan of a rabbit. Within those 9 years I received some free pets, such as guinea pigs, so I loved to let my guinea pig roam into my rabbit's cage, where it would sleep in between the front paws and hind legs of the rabbit. Weird thing was that he never minded.Good days.

I'm not sure. It was either a Rat Terrier dog or some sort of fish. Either way, I was too young to remember it. My family always has to have pets for some reason.MY first pet, that I was responsible for, was my cat. Who is sitting on my entertainment center watching me type...

I had two cats that my parents and brother got two years before I was born, and they died about 4 years ago. :/now I have two more, but they're much crazier than the last ones haha.
