i think the new pokemon is kinda getting annoying1st season was the best

I don't mind the new pokemon really- it's more like I mind that the show still continues, it makes me sad to think that kids are still growing up on it even to this day. I personally prefer the manga, Team Rocket was indeed evil and 'Ash' was known as good ol' 'Red'- ah, good times, good times.Though I do enjoy my little friend known as 'Mareep'.-Frothy B.

Well, you gotten give them a pat on the shoulder for coming up with this many unique pokemon. I mean...I don't think I'd ever be able to come up with more than what, 200 types of pokemon? That's insane. Really. Insane.

I used to be a pokemon fanatic... i still play the games, cause they r good games, but there are 493 of them now... I think they are running out of names, and most of the newer ones were lame. Parcherisu is a good one though... the electric squearl =p

Same here, I liked playing the GBA games, and I did raise an eyebrow when the Ruby/Sapphire generation started, but this is really getting ridiculous.

The new games are, for the most part, better than the old ones. Who doesn't like having the XP bar in battle? I know I do. More depth in terms of stat growth, movesets and depth of interactions is wonderful.On the other hand these days it really feels like they're reaching for ideas. Take anything, make it a little more abstract, slap some eyes on it and call it a day. :/ You get some interesting ones like girafarig once in a while, but... it's kind of rare, you know? Plus, the legendaries are getting kind of... weird. Three birds? Ok. A mutant psychic clone? .... eh. Three dogs? Meh. A bunch of... golems? What? And a pair of Einsteinian gods? And an alien DNA-eater or something? Now you're just scraping the bottom of the barrel.
