I hope that Pokemon will eventually end.It's I lost interest in it because it's annoying and repetitive.

I just don't care about the new ones.It somehow feels the old ones got more care and thought put into them. I mean most of the names were clever puns on it's identidy and alot of them were based on some mytholigy and i thought they were clever.The new one's feel like they were really rushed and their names don't even make sense anymore. It's all like Razzmtczhec or Chrithchtet.

Meh, soon they'll be getting to 1000+ mons, then I'll be REALLY PISSED.But I joined when we were still at 251, got ruby, 365 was nice for a bit.But 491 gets old reeeall fast.They should start a new generation or something :3And I herd u all like mudkips.

Diamond/Pearl was ok, but "Skymin" and the new Rotoms are just... bleh. I do like the new Giratina though.

Yeah I agree, the originals were the best. Ninetale's rocks. The ones from Gold/Silver/Crystal weren't all that bad though, I liked the legendarys from that one.

I like some of them! Granted, they have been getting worse each time, that doesn't mean all of them are bad. I really like Lucario. On the other hand, the Diamond and Pearl ones are a lot better than Ruby and Sapphire if you ask me.

The new pokemon just look kind of lame, they're all really kiddy and stereotypically anime-style.Bidoof is possibly the most ridiculous looking one, though.Also, there are a fair number of bugs. I've actually had it lock up a few times, which is a serious issue if you don't save often. (I don't. I had to re-get 2 badges the second time)

that's true, but at least the new one get some new moves, and the new legendaries are stronger, especially dialgaThe new pokemon are soo confusing and not original. They still stick to the same '3 main elements' which gets really annoying.I like Charizard and Mew from the first version

Some are good and some are not as good. I definitely like the new improvements to the gameplay that have come with the newer games, and it IS interesting to see new Pokemon. There is only so much you can do with the original 151. There has to be room for expansion, and the more Pokemon there are, the more unique and powerful teams can be.

What sucks the most is that only a select few of them, if any, will know how AWESOME the first season was.I don't really hate the new Pokemon, but what pisses me off is that they only added a paltry number of 4 Fire-types. Are you f#%king kidding me? Fire Pokemon are essential in any Pokemon team, and you're only giving me 40. That's Tauros-s#!t (That really doesn't roll off the tongue, now does it? :\)True, it is getting older, but the new generation of viewers probably will want more and more action and more characters...

I'm not even sure how many pokemon there are supposed to be. I understood the first game, I mean yay 150 (plus Mew) pokemon to catch. I was even into Silver/Gold, where you could trade with the old games and people actually did. But what I don't understand is how now there are 500 or so Pokemon and you can't even get all of them on one game. That's when you know you've made something too complicated. Each iteration is just a rehash of the previous games pokemon, with your plant pokemon, your birds, fish, small animals (squirrels and whatnot). Not to mention the names are just getting ridiculous. Lickilick, Rhyperior? Anyways, I'd rather play Red/Blue or Gold/Silver over the later versions any day.

True, Originally it was suppossed to be 150 pokemon, but then they saw the popularity of pokemon and expanded the series. The thin is, they keep doing it. Pokemon that where suppossed to be ultimate suddenly find themselves surrounded by others. It was suppossed to all stop, in my opinion, with mew. Jirachi and all them are nice, but it really was enough after Dyoxis (sp?), Ente (another one Im not sure about the spelling of) and Ryquaza came around. It was too much. Ash was suppossed to get his eight badges, get to challenge the pokemon mster, become one and be happy, what with all the filler and things?

Well lately i've just seen Shai posting alot of topics. Anyone going to warn him or is that ok? Topic spamming with just a few titles is really lame. I mean why would you do that? Just for some ROMS? Or just for some cool stuff in the gp store?
