yeah, it's kinda old now. sometimes i think that the person who comes up with the new pokemon just looks around at random objects and tries to turn those objects into pokemon ^_^ i mean the second 100 were ok, but now it's just gettin ridiculous

Yea the company is just trying to make more money. I like the old school with piachu and charmander. Ah.. I miss the simple life :gs: . Now its "gotta catch'em all +450." I lost count of how many there were at 150.

Am i the only one here who actually likes all 493 pokemon and find each one unique in its own way and shape? I mean sure itsa large number but hell it works. The larger the number the better the game i say. Anway im probably the only old timer who is not a nostalgic whiner so yeah.

You ain't alone, partna'. Not only am I still kinda hooked, for the games if not for the series, but I like all of the Pokemon I've seen so far... I mean, they're CUTE. What's more to ask? We all like bloody games and horror shows, but it'sgreat to see something childish and cute once in a while. I mean, Raltz sure did a number on me, he looks like an 'emo' pokemon and he's psychic, relishing the easy-goin' style his looks give him while delivering cool looking moves. And man, having a larger number in the game means more opportunities to win, and against diverse opponents. So yeah, I opt for a huge applause for the makers, rather then scold them for doing what they do best.

I'm gonna go neutral on this one... but that's cuz I have yet to play D/P. I think the last ones on GBA were pretty epic, though, if I must say. All I think that they need to do is this: add ALL FOUR of the regions into ONE game! The only real issue there is that they'd have to COMPLETELY revamp the leveling system... cuz that's putting you through FOUR different series of gym leaders! OMG!!! But I think that a complete mix of all of the regions would be MOST EPIC... and I would purchase whatever system that it came out on, JUST for that! Anyone else thinking the same?

the original ones are classic.. the pokemon are uhmm.. "alive" they look like real pets that's why it is soooo easy to get attached with..the new ones are just bland and mereley renditions of the 1st gen pokemon plus, they all look really weird and some are gross

I think the new pokemon are just far too bizarre i remember the days of red and blue when you could easily name all the pokemon. Fat chance nowadays.

A few were good like Lucario and Gallade. Others were nightmares like Probopass. I mean really they gave him nose hair. Who's bright idea was that?

The new pokemon are good but they are nothing in comparison with the original 151. They even broke some canon like at first Mew was the origin of all pokemon and now the say that Azureus is the creator. :santa:

I don't really care for the new pokemon. Feel they're recycled from others, just given a different name and appearance.

I still play the new games but I got sick of all the new pokemon after Ruby and Saphire. The Silver/Gold period Pokemon and Red/Blue/Yellow will always be my faves, there are a couple of Pokemon from the Ruby/Saphire generation that I like, but after that the Pokemon have just gotten so unoriginal and it seems as if they're trying too hard to come up with new ones. The Legendaries are still cool, I reckon, I love the birds, the dogs, Groudon and Kyogre, Dialga and Palkia, but every other pokemon from the Diamond and Pearl generation bore me with a few exceptions.
