I've been exclusively a laptop user since I was about 14, but there are times where I wish i still had a desktop. For instance, I only get about 30 FPS on Minecraft, whereas on a desktop, I could be getting 100+.

well, same... i have never had the chance to use a desktop before.

I'm quite happy with my desktop, I don't go anywhere really.

Desktop; I don't travel that often and game like crazy, desktops provide for more storage as well as better upgrade oppurtunities (memory, graphics, etc.)

I haven't had a desktop in the longest time. I like my laptop but I would prefer something I could customize more.

For me I prefer a desktop because I find it easier to play games that require more from your system.

I have both, but hardly ever use Laptop, because it's just weak. Thinking of watching a HD movie? Nope, I'll lag like hell.

Desktop is more powerful, so yeah, I used almost all the time.

I can honestly say I am torn between the two. I love my laptop, how its portable and has the ability to connect to wifi, but its battery life is incredibly limited. On the other hand, I have the option to upgrade my desktop and enhance the graphics or make it faster. I will still go with Laptop as my choice.

Depends on how much you game on your computer. Laptop gaming sucks most of the time. But just for internet and storage, laptop for sure.

I prefer a laptop because I'm at college and have to move all the time like for Christmas break, etc.  I just found a great deal on an i7 core processor for less than 500 dollars.  Totally worth it.  Great processing for gaming but portable.
