I use No$gba to play ds games. It works fine most of the time except some lags during playing the games

Bought an R4 a while ago, I have been through the original FW, then went to YSMenu + Original FW, now moved to "WoodR4 for Pokémon". This old flashcard is still kicking, despite its 2 GB flash memory limitation. Will get a 3DS flashcard in the future maybe. Or will get a DSL for the time being (I have a DSPhat). Cheers!

gotta use that flashcart. lotta emulators have too many issues with specific ds games. too boo boo. plus, i love the feel of the ds it feels like i'm actually playing a game rather than awkwardly moving around with my keyboard arrows. that's why i gotta get me a usb game controller to play my old school roms on. i absolutely hate playing super mario with the keyboardi usedta have a supercard but it's worthless. everyone should stay away from that junk. i had to replace the superkey, supercard's required slot 1 device which enables ds rom play, 2 times before realizing how awful this product is. it jus doesn't last. so far i've been very satisfied with my cyclods... hope it remains this good

Hiho there!im wondering who uses his or her DS to play DS roms... I do, I use the M3 DS Simply with a 2.0GB SanDisk MicroSD-card and I use the ScummVMDS to play Day of the tentacle, sam and max, etc. and the lameboy to play gameboy/gameboy color games. makes much more fun than on an emulator ^^What do you use?btw. sry about the worse english, i'm swiss :weep:

I use something called a TTcard (for picture) http://images.google...h...tx=48&ty=46GPs were deducted for this post, please read the rules! - tedsb16

I've always been playing my DS roms on a Desmume emulator, though I think its about time I got the real thing again. I've grown too used to cheating by reseting with save states, and my "false ivincibility" is starting to make some games a little less enjoyable.

The only good way to play is on your ds. I mean, the games were made for the system, right? Yeah. I'm an M3 real guy.

Well I try not to use ROMs for DS games but if I can't buy the actual game then I look for the ROM version. And I play it on DeSmuMe because it's what works best on my computer...

I play with a mixture of the DS with its normal firmware and games (that I've purchased), and the DS with my R4 Deluxe (R4 clone) and 2G Sandisk SD (using YSMenu).I play without turning on the Cheats, unless I've clocked the game and I feel like pwning some old foes. :unsure:I haven't of yet been able to work the emulator.

I like EDGE because emulator sometimes hangs and sometimes your file gets deleted. Also the emulator lags.

See, I've tried emulators, but I just struggle to get around the lack of stylus use. DS is much preferred by me, but then again there are probably heaps of people who would (and surely do) disagree.

Never tested the emulator. I use my DSI with R4, noticed someone mentioned lost files or DSI hanging, but I have good results with it.
