well like to admit it or not... those things were all pretty fun despite the seemingly retarded origin of it all

I don't think it ever technically left... Just lost about 99.9% of its popularity :) The anime (if you can call it that, sheesh) never DID stop airing on some network or another... And I can guarantee you that at this very second, SOME nerd (i.e. me) is playing ONE of the older games (i.e. Blue) hehe

I have played all the pokemon games, right back to the old red/blue/green... I think the latest ones are an improvement. Better features, and much easier to use with the touch screen. I currently have both diamond and pearl, and they are definately worth the download for anyone interested in the pokemon series.

i agree; pokemon has never really "disappeared." it has always been there, and with Diamond/Pearl, i think it has just become another surge of pokemon greatness that has lived on through the years

uI doubt they'd call it that. Since every other generation has had a 3rd game, I expect that in a year or two they will come out with one. It would have to do something with Arceus. Maybe Pokemon Opal, since opal comes in different colors and Arceus can change types.

Im from britain, i dont know how many people are here, but pokemon sortof went for us. I remember being the only one who could name the GSC pokemon, and then it died from there. But now i think its coming back, im seeing adverts for DP everywhere i go, im even seeing ads for the cards that wernt even there for the originals. Theyre trying hard to bring it back all over the world, and i hope togod it works!!!
