Runescape is just.....so bad. Ive played runescape and when i played WoW Runescape just looked sooooooooo bad compared to WoW. So everyone who plays runescape should die!

WoW, played the free trial and hoped to persuadfe my parents in letting me play the p2p version. RS SUCKS btw, bad graphic, supposed to be 3D but look like 2D. Bad organisation(A single rune platebody can take up as much space as a grape.) GMs do not care about suggestions and rants in forums. Said enuff.

I play them both.World of Warcraft has very nice graphics and is a very big place to walk.Runescape is an old game but the things that you can do there are awesome.

WOW for sure since it has the better graphics and loads more options to play with (inv, weapons, armour etc)

Niether. Runescape WAS good, but got ruined by 10 year olds and Jagex being idiots. WOW on the other hand was never good. It completely raped one of the greatest RTS series ever made.

I would have to say WoW. I've played both and WoW is not that great but runescape is just something you play when you really have nothing else to do.

RS is definitely a game you play when you are bored, but WoW isn't that fun either. If it were me, I'd recommend S.T.A.L.K.E.R. or The Lord of the Rings Online. Those games are fun. Here's a little about each.S.T.A.L.K.E.R. : Takes place in a fantasy version of Chernobyl, and surrounding areas. Chernobyl (in real life) was a Nuclear Power plant that went....Boom. In the game, The place is a warzone along with Radioactive creatures like bloodsuckers.TLOTRO: well....It's a Massively Multiplayer Lord of the Rings Online Game. Easiest way to describe it.

Runescape was the biggest time waster i've ever played in my entire life, there are about 50 quests, probably even less, and the entire game is just grinding your stats. No PvP, no emphasis on you actually anything useful in RvR, just Grinding your stupid smelting until you can make better things for yourself.WOW, though MUCH better, also has many elements missing in PvP and PvE. No matter how many times you win or kill in PvP you don't get ANYTHING for it. All is focused on PvE and even that doesn't effect things like prices in stores or things like that. You would think having millions of Allies (for example) running around killing all things bad would actually help things but no, still same merchants, still same cities, still same random NPC crying "oh god help us", still same prices, still same WOW. They have the Allies and Horde but neither can have any lasting effect on the other.Between Those two, as you asked, as if it isn't obvious, i would pick WOW.But then there's WAR. Everything you do contributes to, well, the war effort between Order and Destruction to capture the enemy's city. Even in the 1st tier (lvls 1-11) by killing one enemy you are gaining victory points for teir 2 (lvls 10-21 (yes it overlaps 1)) which then helps the people in tier 2 gain victory points to go to tier 3 (lvls 20-31) which will eventually lead to teir 4, the final battlefront for the enemy's fortress and city. EVERYTHING you do gets you points, even killing a single level 3 wolf. When you control a tier, prices go down, bonus exp gain goes up, and you just feel damn good that you helped it.
