I'd say the nintendo 64 controllers are the best out there, they were revolutionary, easy to get used to and absolutely perfect for the games released on the console. Of todays controllers i think i like the xbox 360 one most altho some games require like 6 buttons to be pressed at the same time on it.

hmmm. i'd have to say the gamecube controller, or maybe the dreamcast one..... yeah probablly the dreamcast controller

I was always a fan of the N64 controller, even though that part on the left with the D pad was pretty much worthless.

Hands down it has to be PLaystation 1,2, or 3. All the buttons are highly accessable nice small fram unlike Dreamcast and X-box. And of course PS3 has that S-axis feature god that was sweet when I figured out what it was.

I think that the Nintendo 64 was the best controller because it was easier to use. The wii is also alright too.

I think the best controller ever made was the Saturn's!! it belongs in rank 1 along with the 6 button Mega Drive joypadClose in rank 2 and 3 are the Dreamcast controller and the Mega Drive 3 button.I hated the SNES joypad and its successor, the PS joypad. Horrible pads...But the worst of them all was the Master System joypad.

definatly the N64 controller comes up on top in most catorgories but in terms of functioning i think the only one that beats the N64 is the 360.

Playstation controller is the best imo. The old Sega saturn one was great for fighters though but generally..yeah the PS.Feels great, and doesn'tscrew up your thumbs when you play long the way the old Nintendo one did for example.

I reckon the best controller around is the N64, it fits the hand so perfectly, even though yr thumb'd hurt after a while from usin the joystick! Those blisters represented hours of worthwhile gaming joy :PAlthough the Wiimote is simply awesome.

I was fine with the Gamecube or Ps2 controls.I HATED the N64 one.
