I think ppl are stereotyped about new games being better the old games and such. I still play my ps2 but most of time the time it's PS1 games I'm running! Even If I get a PS3, I would still play my PS1 games, WHY? Because of innovation. They could never recreate the first MGS nor A FF7 because its just not the same thing. I think most people have forgotten their roots and for those that still clutch on to their dare PS! games and still play them, Pat yourself on the back, beause those games are what legends are shaped from...

yeah i still use ma ps2 cause there are some excellent games for it and if the 360 was a bit lower in price i might consider buying one but until that day comes i will continue to use my ps2.

At the moment, I still don't have any problems with the games I play on the PS2. There are some really good games I haven't finished yet. Whether I purchase a next-gen console tomorrow or next year doesn't really matter. I'm content with what I have still and am in no rush to jump on the OMGPS3XBOX360WIIHDMIBLURAY!!!1111!!! bandwagon.

I still play PS2 and I love it,Many interesting games are there and some are still to come At present I am playing Atelier Iris 3,Samurai Warriors 2 empires,Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 n still more I have bought 8 Karaoke games and a microphone to enjoy the up coming season(Autumn)

I still play PS2.It's amazing.PS3 is too expensive, and all the other consoles don't have any good RPGs :/which, if you couldn't guess, I like RPGs. a lot ;D

I still play my PS2 once in a while but definitely not as much as before I'm just waiting for Christmas time to get a PS3.Most of the games that I have a interest in I've already played the only ones left still didn't come out yet after Wild Arms 5 comes out I don't think there will be any game left on the PS2 that I would like to play.

I've been playing mine more and more lately. I just went back to Soul Calibur 3 to unlock everything. It's a crazy undertaking...I'm gonna have to play it so much! Oh, and does playing ps1 rpgs on a ps2 count? =P

What the... Where the hell do you buy ps2 games for a buck? (that's not Ebay)I still play my ps2, a lot, the ps3 and the 360 are both too expensive, and neither of them have games I like on themi still play my ps2. All the games are like 99 cents now. Plus i have some rpgs i havent finished. I'll eventually get a PS3 once i have a hi-def tv.

you forgot that ff7 remake is comming out on the ps3 and everyone still plays the ps2 it was kicking xbox360 and its doing ok agaisn't wii and its probally outselling ps3 too it was raited the best game system for 2006yo, right here... still buying PS2 games infact... so, umm... the only reason i see to upgrade to PS3 is Fanal Fantasy 13 and Kingdom Hearts 3... XBOX only had Fable going for it, and most of the WII games are like the Game Cube games... cheesed out for kids. so... BAM!
