theres no way im gonna spend hundreds of dollars on another system... i dont play video games enough for it to be worth it....but ps2 is still good

Still play it. Alot.Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2Final Fantasy 10Jak and Daxter seriesRatchet and Clank series.hack//G.U Vol. 1 Rebirth (havn't bought Reminisce and Redemption isn't out yet)Tales of LegendiaAnd other games that I replay every so often, as well as using it as a DVD player and a way to play my old PSX games. Definately still use that thing.

thats the same with me im waiting to get a ps3i think alot fo people still paly on their ps2s because most new games are still comign out for the ps2 aswell as the ps3

playing my ps2 becuase i cant afford a ps3 thats about the only reason, plus my clan is fairly active on the EU metal gear online

So what if people still play PS2 games, or SNES/NES/Old School Arcade games?They're good games. Just because the Wii is an innovative new system doesn't mean it's better than anything else (see: Virtual Boy, XBOX). granted, I've tried the Wii, it IS a very good system (Which does set it apart from the Virtual Boy and XBOX, both of which were terrible, terrible systems.)Will I throw out my old games because of it? No. The PS2 is still a good system with many great games and thus I am sticking with it.

I do - it's still a great platform will tons of good games for it, and it is cheap as are the second hand games.

Actually, the PS2 is pretty much all I play now. I'm still playing Fire Pro R and King of Colosseum 2, and I just recently picked up Odin Sphere (if you haven't checked it out yet and you consider yourself a fan of classic 2-D games, do yourself a favor and pick it up; it's like every awesome sidescroller you ever played multiplied by a hundred). I'm also going to be picking up the new Persona game too. My 360 has seriously become a glorified DVD player. I will be getting Blue Dragon soon, but it'll be the first time I played a full-fledged 360 game since Crackdown. And in case you can't tell, I'm a big RPG fan.
