My favourite villain of all time has to be Orochimaru from Naruto, he's the coolest one as well, apart from that purple rope around his waist...

I'd have to agree with most people that Sephiroth from FF7 is my favourite villain.

This could be such a good Message board if people would just get into it a little.Favorite Villain I have 2 for completely different reasons.Villain 1: Bowser from the Mario Universe. This guy is every where that Mario is (except Mario 2, never really quite understood the Frog thing) He is always getting in Mario’s face, stealing princess and try to control mushroom lands. Shoot this guy even sent out an array of his own children to put a stop to Mario’s advances to save the world and the Princess. I think that the up coming Mario Galaxies will once again reprise his role at most relentless Villain.Villain 2: For one reason only, it still frightens me. Pyramid Head from the Silent Hill Game. That thing for some weird reason just gets to me. The CG video that accompanies it was just plain wicked.

Game wise? Probably the Pyramid Head as Michael up there mentioned. Everything else... That statue in the Exorcist.. Man that thing was evil.
