Cell is green with black spots. Has a V-shaped crown on his forehead, wings, and a long tail which he uses to absorb people with. His hands and feet are webbed as well.Sweet, GPs.

What do you mean how? You just give him a beating. Becoming a Super Namek before the fight helps. And also avoiding Cell's tail which it uses to regain health.
