You justy beat him up with your melee attacks or with energy blasts. Only disadvantage is your speed. I never bet him up. I got bored.

Technically you don't as Trunks loses in the story, but while playing the game you inflict damage with melee and energy moves. The battle has two distinct parts (effectively meaning you battle Cell twice) and though Trunks' stats are boosted more here then anywhere else, his speed suffers terribly and really makes the battle difficult

You just fight with your melee attacks and energy attacksYou lose the battle against cell though which kind of sucks but its part of the story line in the dragon ball z saga

Simple - You dont.As Trunks notices it himself, after a helpful hint from Cell himself, his speed is no match compared to Cell's speed.

The dragon balls are found by revisiting some older areas and arriving at some new ones, using your upgraded scouter to discover areas unvisited and the location of the dragonballs. the dragonballs are at East District 439 (the castle with General Tao), Northern wastelands, Ginger town, Warlords domain, Tropical islands, Snowy highlands, and the Northern mountains (dinosaur area).
