His speed rating lowers, if you manage to weigh him down to 0, his overall in-game speed drops to a walk.

His speed stat is lowered. This affects walking, running and fighting speed. Enemies are also more likely to "block" your attacks. This applies to all characters that are equippable, not just Goku.

If the weights are equipped goku's or any other character's speed will go down making you slower but giving you more expierence

Goku stops the fight and says that he isn't fighting at his full strength as well as Pikkun. And he automatically transforms into Super Saiyan and the game teaches how to do it for later.

You fight pikkon until he says they are not fighting at full power then he automatically transforms and if you ever want to transform press l until you get to the Z symbol then press B and you will transform

Nobody because both their feet touched the roof outside the ring at the same time and because if u stand on your head the roof is the floor and the floor is the roof so they are both disqualified but they both get to train with the grand kai in 300 years time

Great Saiyaman is Gohan in disguise so he can fight evil without any of his friends finding out that he participated in the Cell Games. Or something along those lines.
