Can someone tell me how to put pics and that scrolling effect on your sigs? And also in the Spam place can you still get gps and a count to your post count?

Hell you can change it to 200000000 and its still gonna be feeling like about 80 
and you get posts and gps in THIS section but not in the overall spam section. and for the text if you want another colour you can look at a colour chart and change the numbers eg. <font color=#000000>The 6 0's are black.</font>
