If the music is good I will keep the sound on if not the sound goes completely off. Other than that if the game is good it doesn't matter if the sound is good or not.

The sound does not matter as long as the game is good.

I prefer to not care about the sound. But if the sound is really great for the game, and it makes it more thrilling then YAY!

I NEVER use the sound. I play Harvest Moon - FoMT. I always hated its sound. You kinda get bored of it and it'd start to be irritating.

Well obviously it's nice if it has good sound but I'm not to bothered either way being as I can always turn it off. But I normally play HM: FOMT and Poké FR and I love the sound on those games. XD

No. But there're games who have puzzle partsthat you simply can't finish without the sound so that's that. But genereally, i don't mind the sound of a rom since i couldeasily turn it off when i find it annoying. I'd just listen to musicduring those times.

in my opinion it all really depends on the game your playing. yeah we all know technology has moved on and the sounds do seem a little out dated but for some games you just have to listen and enjoy all the memories you have from when the GBA was the coolest gaming system around. =3 and if I don't like the sounds I either mute the game(when I'm playing VBA) or just turn it down low.
