Subs, without a doubt. Dubs are usually poorly done - for example, in KnM they gave Chikane the weaker more submissive voice

Yeah that's kind of true, they sound really old ._.The English dub sounds retarded 75% of the time (especially Naruto) I prefer japanese sub if I'm not too tired to read.

i think it depends, if you watch your fisrt anime with subtitles, you kinda get used to it. vice-versa with english

yeah japanice dubs are unique and good to the ear..........i say japanice voices rocksAnd they sound all the same. Japanese dubs are unique.

Subtitled Japanese beats English Voice acting all the way.English voice acting always sounds cheesy and unrealistic.

I thing Japanese dub still better than English dub. It can show the emotion of the character.

Some shows... I do rpefer English only because that's how I first saw them. Over all, though, I much prefer Japanese. I can't even watch the normal Anime night shows on TV anymore cuz the voices bug me to much. lol

I prefer Japanese with subtitles, because the emotion that the Japanese voice actors put in just aren't there inth e English versions.

Japanese with the subtitles is a lot better since it sounds weird to hear English-speaking people talk about Japanese things like they live in Japan without speaking the language. It makes it feel very artificial.

I definately prefer subs over dubs. Not only do the voices sound better, but a lot of the time, they mispronounce names, which really annoys me (a good example is how, in Cardcaptors, they pronounce Sakura's name "Sah-koo-ra" XP)

That's not a hard one, English dubs always sound and look fake, however the english subs are great for learning japanese

It's just cooler in japanese, you get the un-englishisized names for stuff. And it feels more authentic.

It ALL Depends on the Anime being Dubbed,Sailor Moon's First Two Seasons Were BadThe 3rd and 4th were sooooo mumch betterDigimon Changed A few things but it was still pretty good.But then again if they have crapp actors...

I switch between them. Such as I prefer Blood+ in English, because it is one of the first dubbed anime's where the voices actually fit the characters.But things like Naruto, and those sort of anime's, they're better subbed.

As annoying as subtitle are sometimes, the English voices are usually terrible. I'm also learning Japanese from the subtiles, so that's good.
