I do that often and it is helpful. But only for the reason of not letting my brother suddenly turn off the Computer(It prompts if I want to save the file or not before the Computer turns off and I click Cancel and the computer doesn't turn off).

I used to make a big side view of a castle or something, then I would draw two stick figure armies and have them fight. Once all the blood shed and carnage was over I would have a unique wallpaper.Good times.

I draw tiny animals, like pigs, and curling the ears with the curl line tool. :3It's really fun, and brings back memories from when I was little.

I don't do it, when I paint or draw, I do it with a goal or intent. Occasionally I do scribble/doodle when I am in class because I am bored.

I wouldn't really call what I'm doing as 'scribbling'. It's more like a cat scratch caused by a dog that's high on cat nip.And I know the sentence above doesn't make any logical sense. >_> Which is my point.
