I lay my demands debending on game, but on thing is for sure: I want to enjoy the even afted I've played it once through.RPG are fun for the first time but I always get tired of them after one time. Games like Spyro and Crash Bandicoot still give a good time after tons of times.

I look for a good storyline... interactive... I hate fights and stuff so a good game for me shouldn't have that.. I like sort of mini games they add... Ofcourse, good graphics, being easy to control, being able to mute lol... I hate anoying background music that never ends!

I think a good game musn't have necessarily good graphics, also the sound must be good, the story and the speed, I also look for something like in TPS or FPS games.

It really depends on the Game. For an FPS, I look for the fact that there's no 'noobstick' and if there is, can easily be countered by someone with a good amount of skill. I also tend to look for how 'clean' the graphics are, so even if they are bad I wouldn't mind it if the game wasn't well, blocky. Take TF2 for instance. The graphics aren't top of the line, but everything has a really nice and clean feel to it.

decent length and/or replayability so it doesn't become a "play once and toss" game, good gameplay (ie meaningful challenge without becomeing an excersise in frustration to take a step, preferably with some ability to "build up" or otherwise decrese the difficulty without just hitting the "easy" button or cheating, examples being picmen where you can go around getting more troops or a couple of the fire emblems where you could go on sideline quests to level up) and enough storyline to hold things togeather.

There are five things that make a good game for me, in this order.1. Controls. It doesn't matter if you have the best graphics, the best storyline, and a never before seen concept. If you can't play it, the game sucks.2. Learning curve- Some games have a steep learning curve, others have none. Depending on the type of game, both can be good or bad.3. Hilarity- Now, from here on out they're not necessary, just a plus. but a game that can laugh at itself is a good game normally.4. Storyline. Graphics are good. A storyline that doesn't contradict itself at every corner is better (unless for the sake of hilarity, of course)5. Graphic rendering- I don't really worry about the graphic quality of the games, it just bugs me to no end when a games graphics are to much for the system itself to render quickly, and graphical glitches show up everywhere.
