Question on Backrounds

Yeah where do you guys get/come up/make these backgrounds like the one in my sig? I have no clue I am just starting and would like a lil help. Thank you very much!

well they're lots of ways some make it using brushes and/or duplicate and smudge renders and , etc but basiccally the best way to learn is to read some tuts and then try the things out

Honestly... lately all my backgrounds have been chalk smudging with a couple of filters. i just use the 200 px soft brush and smudge it to hell...

Some layers of chulk smudging, some layers of "X" tool smudging, c4d and brushes of natural enviroment...Yeah...thats what it is)
