i will never regret getting the psp because of customization (faceplates, and boot menus , and the xmb) plays music with great quality the speakers get loud for their size but if u you use them on bus u cant hear the song i do have to say that there are some good games for the psp but not as many as you think they are starting to make more games for it and overall i believe they are getting better for example logans shadow, and i have heard that crush 3D is a good game kinda sounds like its similar to Paper mario if you ask me. One BIG thing is emulation great for GBA NES SNES etc also PS1 but N64 not so great and of course the newer systems cant be emulated (ps2). Videos have great quality and are getting cheaper. The psp screen is hard to see in the sun(direct sun, okay in shade) even when on full brightness but thats because of protective cover screen that most dont know about. Overall on a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate the psp about an 8 and half mainly becuase of great potential, but the graphics on most games are about the same as the ps2.(for sure they have less graphics)Note The psp slim does have tv output sounds cool but i havent heard much about that)

To tell you the truth, every once in a while, I regret buying something, but never "forever regretting" Since, its not such a big deal, so what if you blew 200 dollars on the system and like 500 bucks worth of games? lol. It still gave pleasure and enjoyment here and there, right? I have to admit I have had times I wish I never got it, but every once in a while, I would rather have my life taken away rather than my precious ;)

In my opinion PSPs are only worth it if you mod it.... Other than that, I personally think they're a waste of money.

true that dragowarrio. psps are worthless without modding them. the expensive games which arent even that good, the expensive umd that have really bad quality. Geez how can somebody live without a modded psp.

the only thing i regret about buying my psp is that when i bought it, Gran Turismo Mobile was supposed to be released like 3 weeks after i bought it. then i got to checking around about a month after i bought it and the release date on GTM was "to be determined." then i was reading some forums and GTM was not going to come out until 08. then it got pushed to xmas 08. if i had known it would not come out until xmas 08, i would have waited for the *inevitable* slim version. think about it... psx- slim version comes out. ps2- slim version comes out. psp- slim version was going to come out eventually, why didn't i wait?! now the game stores aren't giving anything for the original psp's... ughi AM glad i had one when i saw FFT: War of the Lions in wal*mart the other day. i would have had to buy one of the new ones right then and there (and the game) if i hadn't already had the psp in my car. my wallet would have cried.
