Overrated: Halo. I have some others I think are even more overrated, but I would rather not list them.Underrated: Some of the games X-play gives a 2. For example, Amazing Island by Sega. I actually like this game more than Mario Party 7. The whole Make your own monster thing gives it ALOT of points.

This is actually a decent topic among the piles of garbage in this sectionFor most underrated I have to go with Beyond Good and Evil. It didn't sell well, not many people even know that it exists and it was a great game. It was for Xbox and it is kinda reminiscent of Zelda Ocarina of Time. Great game.

OMGYES! Picked that game up for $10 and it was freaking incredible. I also think Sonic Shuffle for the Dreamcast was really underrated. It wasn't as good as Mario party but when you had 4 players and didn't have to deal with the complete and total haxfest of playing with CPUs, it was really fun.

Castlevania is definitely underrated. I know it's still popular, but it should have a way bigger fanbase. At least it has a decent amount of hardcore fans...

Twinsen's Odyssey is the most underrated game ever made. It's such a masterpiece, and yet so few people ever heard of it, even though its first version was for Playstation.

My choices are-Over-rated - Grand Theft Auto series - Yay...let's go steal cars, get some sleezy chicks, let's kill cops, and then let's do it over again! ....no... I think this series is rather boring. (Yes I have played them, and sorry If I offend anyone who enjoys these games.)Under-rated- ...Tough choice, but I think the original Earth Worm Jim games. I thought they were quite funny honestly.

Hmm...I don't know about overrated, but as far as underrated games go, I would have to say Twisted Metal Black. It's not so much underrated as it is obscure though. It's the best game in the series in my opinion, and it's my personal favourite in the car carnage genre.

I've always though Call Of Duty was way overrated. I mean, it's OK I guess, but the way some people go on about it you'd think it was the first first person shooter ever made. There ARE other games out there people.

Final Fantasy and Halo are wayyyy too obvious choices. I'll go with something relatively obsecure - the Total War series of strategy games. Ever since the first one, the AI has gradually grown worse with Medieval 2 having a flat out retarded AI. These games actively require mods to be fun. That said, the latest one - Shogun 2 - is a HUGE improvement in every aspect, I definitely approve of that one.

Ever heard of an old GBC game called Magi Nation? Well of course you haven't, because it's underrated to the maximum. It's a cult classic that plays something like Pokemon, only with less practical mechanics and darker storyline. Also, "Exploding sock puppet."

For underrated, I'm going with Audiosurf, although it's probably just because it's obscure. It's got great gameplay and unlimited replay value. Also, Sly Cooper. For overrated, any Call of Duty game after 4, which had an amazing campaign, and World of Warcraft. Grinding all the time with little no story or departures? No thanks.
