Nah, i think if microsoft attempted a portable machine that they would butcher it. They should stick to PC's and xbox.

Bad Idea.. PSP is great but it didn't sell much as NDS... Nintendo is the King of handhelds...

i wish the idea of xbox 180 would have come out, that was portable and could play xbox cd's

xbox 180? 360 is a good name because it supposed to "make your head spin 360 degrees" but 180? WTF?

I don't know...Microsoft's got quite a few good games, but I think it's too risky for them to try and come out with a handheld game. So far, i's mainly been PSP and Nintendo DS out there, but remember there used to be quite a few handheld game systems out there, most died (Atari, Sega, Tiger, Bandai's Wonderswan). Heck, Sony deserves a pat on the back seeing that the PSP is the only other major handheld out there (before them, it was just Nintendo).Nope, a MicroSfot Handheld won't work just yet, because the cost is too high, and even if MS releases Halo for it's handheld, it might not be enough to sell heaps of the unit.If MS wants to release a handheld, it has to come out with an exclusive game that's good enough to convince gamers to buy the whole unit.

Nah.. microsoft is doing fine with their consoles, so I think making a handheld would be kinda pointless because nintendo usually does well with handhelds.

No, that would not be such a good idea...going by the type of games (more have on graphic if anything else, thus would not really look good on a small screen).

if you mean like a handheld then yes....how good it would it be,microsoft would have to decide(these are the same people that made the 360 with a design flaw)

think about what would happen had they tried to make a portable. you see how fat the xbox is compared ot the other systems? you see how fat the original controller was. If they try to make a portable, with no experience, they would probably screw it up.

Psp is lucky to be doing as well as it is, i think microsoft would be smart to just focus on what its doing already instead of making a handheld

I think it sounds cool. If they did it then they should aim it more to the hardcore gamer rather than a split between casual and hardcore like the DS has.
