It would need something that would make it stand out. I don't like xbox because it's and xbox or it's by microsoft, I just like more games that are on xbox.

Nope that's a bad idea. The main reason being that the graphics would be terrible. Handhelds do not have the ability to handle high graphics. And bad graphics would take away from the true glory that is the xbox.

are you serious? i thought PSP beat out DS. But I've been wrong before

Nope, Nintendo ALWAYS sells more NDSs than Sony sells PSPs. I have had two different PSPs, but always end up selling them. Sony just doesn't know how to do portable systems right.

the closest thing they have to a Microsoft handheld is the windows 7 phones competing more with the iphone than the handheld market

it would be pretty cool but unlikely...there's just too much competition

Yeah I agree...and handheld wouldn't be powerful enough

definetly, da ps3 was a success, imagine the gameplay, but take it werever u want

Yeah but just cuz Sony's was good doesn't mean Microsoft would hold the same capabilities

i think it would be an alright idea, i mean you could really only play single player on most games. unless your near a wi-fi spot.

Not really sure. I mean, they certainly have the resources to do it. However, Microsoft is not the greatest at, well, innovation and ingenuity. They seem to more...perfect things that others have thought of and implemented. They were the last major console make to jump into the game, but they made a great console. Nintendo introduced motion control, and they took it one-step further. With handhelds, I think they would have to come up with something really amazing and unique to be able to compete with Nintendo, and I'm just not sure they're up to task.
